Main duties and responsibilities
- Working alongside the Group Business Manager, ensure all recruitment is aligned with agreed budgets.
- Preparing engaging adverts and job descriptions to place across various platforms and managing the response;
- Providing market salary data and insight as and when requested by hiring managers, this activity will focus on the Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSP) and Paralegal markets;
- Making offers and advising on the offer management process;
- Reviewing CVs and creating shortlists for hiring managers;
- Arranging and hosting agency briefings;
- Collaborating with Recruitment Administrators in order to ensure that interviews are set up promptly and efficiently;
- Act as the main POC for all recruitment new starter admin.

- Provide Group and recruitment project support as appropriate, taking account of capacity, skills and interests.
Qualifications
- Educated to A-Level level standard to include English and Mathematics.
Relevant Experience
- Experience of dealing with all levels of staff in a persuasive and credible manner
- Significant experience of the recruitment and selection process including interviewing, assessment and offers, preferably in an inhouse environment.
- Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment;
- Understanding of and interest in the legal sector; and
- Strong client relationship interaction skills

- Understanding the business environment in which the Group and Firm operates and considering the commercial and wider performance implications of decisions and actions.
