Interim CFO / Capital care investments and Homeshare makes up a small group of companies that have worked with social, affordable and student housing over the last ten years.

We are looking for a CFO to join our team, You will be responsible to initially understand the relationship between our group of companies to establish reports, valuations and narrative to revaluate our security ratings.

Further to this you will be responsible for assisting with the ongoing property level accounting.


You will work between the asset acquisition and management team with responsibilities for working closely with Finance Services, the Funds and Asset Finance team maintaining financial reporting information.


Capital care investments require an experienced Interim CFO for there businesses to lead the finance function in an important time during their growth.

The opportunity to have a significant impact within this company as they work toward expansion.

We are looking for a CFO for a 3-Month period, with the opportunity for this to become a permanent role thereafter.

This role will also be highly strategic and heavily involve Business Partnering with the passionate Founder on the long-term financial strategy of the business.

This role with involve upscaling of the finance department to meet its ever-increasing needs. The most important criteria are a CFO with relevant functional experience and a flexible, dynamic approach.

Duties

Lead and develop the businesses with the Financial Planning & Analysis Function Work closely with small team and sales to drive a performance led culture

Take ownership for the systems integration of financial aspects of the business, helping the business achieve their strategic aims Prepare accurate cashflow forecasting reports

Prepare individual and group valuations:

-
Ensure that the accounting systems are robust and effective with processes and systems for monthly management reporting. Essential Experience ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

At least 6+ years of senior strategic finance professional experience Previous experience as a CFO in a Software or property (Ideally PropTech or SaaS, but not essential)

Start document and initiate relations with rating agents

Experience in preparing Start-Ups or Scale-Ups for fundraising rounds and valuation Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

Strong Commercial and strategic mind-set. Extremely strong communication skills.


Job Types:

Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:

£300.00-£390.00 per day
