EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary:
£29,560 to £32,632 per annum (As from 01 Apr 24)

Location:
Southampton and across various Solent Mind sites

(combined with hybrid working)

About the role

To provide efficient and effective HR support, coaching and advice to Solent Mind colleagues on a wide range of people related issues.

This is a great opportunity for someone with employee relations experience that is looking to expand their skill set into a diverse range of HR matters within this very special organisation.

About you

You are passionate about people and people development and you go out of your way to coach, support and train our managers to give them confidence in managing their teams.

Your experience will shine through and you will build rapport and trust quickly. You are quick to embed effective processes and encourage feedback on what else would be helpful. You are perceptive and creative about alternative solutions and proactive in your approach.
