Working for an International Company, we have a brilliant opportunity available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a fantastic Internal Talent Acquisition team in Manchester.

The company are growing, and have been busy with recruitment across the business. This role focuses very much on recruitment administration and dealing with applicants and new employees.


You'll want this role as you'll be joining an awesome team of recruiters and HR professionals, you'll get exposure to international recruitment, and you'll be working for a company who value and empower their employees whilst offering a varied and interestingrole No two days are ever the same.


Initially the role is a 12 month FTC, and is a full-time position.

Location:
Split between their Manchester office and home (typically 2 days office)


Salary:
Depending upon experience, £25-30k

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Team providing administration and coordination support
  • Managing recruitment spreadsheets and databases and keeping them up to date at all times
  • Processing recruitment invoices and keeping track of spend

Skills and Experience

  • Good eye for detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Learn and navigate systems, and have proven skills across all MS Office programs
  • Diary management via MS Outlook
  • Your customer focus and your ability to jump in to help your colleagues will never go unrecognised
