The role of
Reservationist:

Working as part of our central Reservations team
Coordinating and controlling bookings for your designated restaurants via Seven Rooms
Ensuring that all booking procedures are followed to company standards
Working in conjunction with the Private Dining Team
Sharing feedback and essential information with the relevant teams

We're looking for a
Reservationist who:

Is available to work 45 hours a week (mixture of shifts, including weekends)
Will be confident dealing with a people over the telephone and a variety of requests
Has an excellent command of English, both verbal and written
Will be proactive and respond quickly to the needs of customers and the restaurants
Knowledge of restaurant operations and experience of SevenRooms or Open Table would be beneficial but not essential

Expected earnings from £15.12 per hour
