Our client is a large, national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm.

Due to recent growth, they are now looking for a full-time Senior Associate to join the Audit/Assurance team and take responsibility for the delivery of audit work for clients, as well assupporting more advisory projects.

About the role

Key aspects of the role include:

Acting as the first point of contact for our clients on a day-to-day basis;
Assisting in the planning, execution and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review, providing solutions and seeking input for areas of concern and judgement;
Undertaking business development work to identify additional sales opportunities;
Researching on solutions to issues on client assignments;
Identifying areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes, providing recommendations and prepare and deliver Audit Findings Reports;
Taking primary responsibility for monitoring progress against budget;
Providing skills and knowledge training to junior team members on audit topics and capabilities, as well as providing constructive feedback and support.

They will have the ability to lead a team of junior staff, and to provide technical analysis and solutions for clients.
