An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cambridge Reproduction (CR) and the Centre for Trophoblast Research (CTR) as a part-time Events and Communications Administrator/PA (80% FTE).
This role will be split equally between CR and the CTR and will report to the Cambridge Reproduction Coordinator and CTR Executive Manager.
This role is responsible for providing administrative, communications and events support for the day-to-day aspects of running of CR and the CTR.
There is significant overlap in the events and communications operations of both initiatives, and the postholder will increase efficiency in shared resources and networking between the two.
You will be responsible for promoting networking and dissemination of relevant opportunities across both networks through development and maintenance of website resources, newsletter and social media communications, and promotional materials.
You will support with organising a variety of events for both initiatives, including summer schools, annual meetings, away days, conferences and seminar series.
Closing date: 14 March 2023.Interviews will be held in person and are expected to be on Thursday 23 March.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 year in the first instance.
