Description
We are on the search for an experienced and ambitious Accountant looking for their next challenge to join a global, market leading commercial insurance business on a 9-month fixed-term contract basis.
You will be working within a fast-paced environment andbe driven to play a key role within the financial reporting team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and posting of journal entries
- Assisting with the payroll ledger
- Preparing reconciliations and distributing the monthly reconciliation tracker
- Supporting with audit schedules and liaising with the auditing team
- Accounting accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with monthly and yearend close
- Providing support within the financial team with adhoc duties
The role is hybrid working based in Maidenhead, comes with a generous benefits package which includes a final-salary pension, childcare vouchers and extensive medical and dental cover.
