We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our established client.

The company is a leading player in the logistics industry and is looking to revolutionise the way cars are bought, sold, and delivered, in response to the shift in consumer buying habits towards online platforms.

The Role:

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, your role will be vital in:

  • Taking ownership of the daily operations and schedule of the team of drivers
  • Working closely with the Customer Experience Team to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Proactively troubleshooting and preempting any problems that drivers or end consumers may encounter
  • Keeping the Hub Location Managers updated about the schedule in advance
  • Providing accurate and proactive updates to the Customer Experience Team
  • A customerfirst mindset and excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A confident, polite, and professional telephone manner
  • Must have your own transport.

The Package:

The Customer Operations Coordinator role comes with an attractive package, including an annual salary of £25,000.


The shift pattern is , four days out of seven on a rota basis (no Sundays), providing a unique work-life balance.

You will be working within a professional office environment, with free car parking available.
