  • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Lead design for IMG ARENA. Working closely with the IMG ARENA Marketing Director and Creative Director of IMG Media to maintain and evolve the visual language for IMG ARENA
  • Work in partnership with the brand, marketing, digital and comms teams on new creative projects to deliver bestinclass concepts
  • Act as the gatekeeper for brand design projects, photography, video, digital and campaigns ensuring all assets comply with IMG Media and IMG ARENA brand guidelines
  • Help manage workflows from development of clear briefing process through to delivery.
  • Be used to uncovering the full brief and developing the content direction for marketing materials
  • Find design solutions that will make our audience stop and engage, compared to our competitors
  • Creation of design assets for use in our marketing campaigns and at key events
  • Creation of digital design for our website and social media, experimenting with imagery, gifs, video and animation across our various workstreams and platforms
  • Creation of sales templates and PowerPoint presentations for senior executives
  • Keep up to date with current cultural, category, and design trends must feel comfortable providing visual references to support and sell ideas.
  • Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
  • During busy periods there maybe a requirement to work outside of core hours.

Knowledge and Experience Proven success leading creative campaigns across multiple platforms Have a desire to be unique and to think outside the box. We want to disrupt the B2B marketing space. Strong process management background; effective time management skills, including the ability to balance simultaneous project streams with independent, and sometimes competing, timelines relationships across multiple teams and at varying levels throughout the business Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and product launchesSkills and Abilities Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop essential) Additional digital skills (e.g. After Effects, Final Cut, Flash, Dreamweaver) would be an asset but not essential Excellent organizational and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent oral communication, presentation and networking skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working- Qualifications and Training Educated to degree standard or equivalent in a relevant fieldEndeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
