Part-time Operations Manager
City Based
£70,000 FTE / £56,000 Pro rata (4 day week)

Our client is a well established membership association that represents the investments sector across Europe.

They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across Procurement, IT, digital project management, facilities, legal and regulatory compliance.

This person will ensure operations run smoothly and that they are productive.
You will be involved in IT/ Digital, sourcing and managing suppliers through the whole procurement process. The role will also deal with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues. The Operations Manager will supervise a smallteam of support staff therefore previous experience is this area is expected.

Ideal experience:
Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar leadership role

  • Experience with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
  • Knowledge of implementing IT systems
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
  • Excellent with numbers and financial planning
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven organizational and leadership ability
  • Analytical mindset
  • Problemsolving abilit
This is a very collaborative and fast-paced culture and any knowledge of the Investments sector would be a bonus.
Salary is dependent on experience.
