This leading City based bank have a new vacancy within their busy Property Finance administration team.

To be considered for this role interested applicants must have acquired 1-2 years Payments processing and bank reconciliations operations work experiencepreferably within a Property Finance or Loans operations environment.

Duties will include:

Input all Loan transactions and data onto the banks Loan management system. Manage the monthly insurance analysis for the facilities, and ensure that chasers are completedin a timely manner. Manage redemption's, ensuring that all relevant AML regulations are adhered to and act as a point of contact for queries across the division. Performing daily bank reconciliations, and ensure all business payments comply with the relevantregulations and compliance policies. Strong Excel skills are required.
