Altum Consulting are proud to be working with a significant player within the technology space to help deliver their business transformation programme.

After recently completing wave 1, outsourced processes across 40+ countries, they are now moving intowave 2 which will move the business to their new TOM.

The
Finance Project Manageris responsible for delivery of end-to-end transformation projects which deliver efficiency and governance to realise business objectives:

  • Design, development, and implementation of programme benefits realisation plan in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Manage daytoday project activities, facilitate risks and issues, track the benefits realisation against project plan
  • Manage business & process requirements analysis and defined the set of strategic, core and support processes
  • Manage the assessment, design, and implementation of the new Target Operating Model
  • Facilitate process design workshops, conduct process gap analysis, define process measures
  • Manage changes to the project scope, time and cost. Facilitate change impact assessment, develop, and implement the change management plan
  • Managed stakeholder communication plan
  • Drive people side of change alongisde the Change team assess business readiness for change and manage the implementation of change and transition plan
  • Drive adoption of the solution, facilitate UAT, conduct end users' training need analysis

Whats on offer:

  • Up to £650/day Inside IR3 612 month contract
  • Hybrid working Central London
