About the Role

Base Location:
Perth, Glasgow or Dublin


Salary:
£26,609 - £30,472 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.


Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time| Flexible First options available

An exciting and new opportunity has become available for a Project Administrator to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for various duties including:


  • Raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.
  • Coordinating the recording of resource allocation to projects.
  • Coordinating and preparing project meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
  • Assisting the project team with the project specific administration duties.
  • Maintenance of digital documents, the management of Sharepoint and Teams sites.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Experience in an administrative or project co-ordination function.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You'll be a great team player and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.
  • You must be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Office 365 and a willingness to develop your knowledge in this area to effectively utilise digital tools, such as Sharepoint.
