I am looking for a senior support specialist for an amazing organisation.

A bit about the company

The organization is a global brand that create in house software solutions for the entertainment industry and have offices across the world, with their Major presence being in Manchester, some parts of Europe and North America.

The company is growing rapidly in the UK and US markets. You will be an essential member of the team that will support that growth.

The role

As Senior Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Director of Technology, focusing on the successful implementation of the network and infrastructure strategy and smooth running of the department.

You will be the first point of contact for the business in relation to service management and resolution.

You will be involved in various, longer term workstreams giving you the opportunity to contribute to priorities identified by senior management.

Desired Skills

Jira & Confluence project management
Good communication skills with colleagues and clients in order obtain accurate base specification of new, existing, and expanding technical requirements
Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
Previous experience of IT management
Previous experience of Project Management
Delivery focused & highly responsive
Great customer service and communication skills

The office is based in Manchester city centre the role is predominantly remote with occasional visits to the office, if you want to come in more frequently you are always welcome there will be some one there to work with you.
