Contract Support Administrator
Due to continued business growth, a new position has been created within the H&K Service
Department, Manchester, to support the existing team.
- Working within the existing team, to support our Northern service region.
- Producing service contract renewal quotes.
- Scheduling & organising customer orders/visits.
- Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts as required.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider H&K Team.
- Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
- General office administration duties, as required by the business.
- Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
Knowledge & experience within the sprinkler industry would be desirable, although experience in a
related engineering our service delivery field would also be considered
