You'll make an impact by:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer information, order details, and inventory records in the company's database.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective strategies to streamline order management procedures.
- Assist the sales team by generating sales reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decisionmaking and sales strategies.
