Trade Team recruitment are currently looking for an operations support officer to start ASAP


Duties:


  • Liaise closely with site teams and management, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders
  • Producing project paperwork documentation
  • Ensuring Service Management System is up to date
  • Helping organize the engineering team, planning in work and ensuring materials are onsite at the required time.
  • Producing reports for the management team
  • Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
  • Allocation of internal engineers to callouts and maintenance visits, driving the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLAs.
  • Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems
  • Manage the service management system as a key user, providing training where required to others.

Requirements:


  • Experience within the industry would be great however not necessary
