Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions
- Assist with budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis
Skills:
- Proficient in financial software and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for financial report writing
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or anomalies
- Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing procedures
- Proficient in 10key typing for efficient data entry
The Account Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.
