Responsibilities:


  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions
  • Assist with budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis

Skills:


  • Proficient in financial software and accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for financial report writing
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or anomalies
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing procedures
  • Proficient in 10key typing for efficient data entry
This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial analysis.

The Account Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

£13,975.00 per year
