Qualifications - Customer Service, 1 year preferred

Education - GCSE or equivalent

We are looking for a hard-working, personable individual to join our team here at DUAL Strength and Fitness. As part of our Front of House team, you will be the first friendly face that our members see when they walk into the gym, so a positive, can-do attitude is a must

The right person will have a willing attitude to learn and be able to adapt to various the demands that come with a busy, independent gym.

A competent grasp of computer skills is essential, and any experience in a customer-facing role is ideal as it is important to us that you understand how to provide an excellent experience for our members


You will need:

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Good problemsolving skills
• Some sales experience is preferable and will need to be demonstrated, however you will receive ongoing training and support

The hours that we require are:

• Mondays 13:3021:00
• Tuesdays 13:3021:00
• Thursdays 13:3021:00
• Sundays 13:1519:30
