Main Objective of role:


Ensure that the data is ready for submission to external agencies as well as our requirements for audit within agree timescales.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:_

  • Work with the Operation's manager and assist in making sure that the organisations data is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Review and monitor the accuracy of learner documentation in line with Imeta Training and DFE guidance.
  • Communicate and support learners and staff where necessary.
  • Ensure that student information is accurately recorded in the MIS system and is complete
  • Ensure that the data errors are kept to a minimum and the ILR run as regularly as required. This includes making sure the appropriate checks are made to data that is not validated in the ILR but required by funding bodies such as Devolved Area Monitoring (DAM) codes.
  • To ensure that PDSATs, Funding and Monitoring Reports and data quality checks are completed regularly, and any anomalies resolved prior to deadlines.
  • Ensure that destination and progression records are maintained in the MIS system
  • Make sure that the registers are populated in a timely manner and have been accurately filled out and chase relevant staff when they are not.
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of funding and statutory requirements
  • Participate in internal and external audits and strive to gain a positive outcome.
  • Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure data errors are shared and minimised in the future.
  • Maintain regular uploads to the various Digital Retrain Funding portals as required by the funding bodies, including learner trackers and student information.
  • Create effective communication across all departments to ensure cohesion
  • Meet personal and team KPI's.

KPI's
Run weekly KPI data reports for Senior Team and disseminate with narrative weekly.

Ensure all data is validated and verified prior to uploads on funding portals.

<2% error rating on auditable documents

General Duties

  • Participate in the Imeta Trainings Appraisal Scheme.
  • Comply with all Imeta Training policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to Safeguarding and Prevent Duty, ensuring that this commitment is demonstrated in all aspects of the role as appropriate.
  • Work to the Imeta Training quality standards within the context of the Imeta Training systems.
  • Contribute to best practice meetings and staff training as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain high levels of personal skills and reflect in a CPD log.
  • Ensure punctual arrival at the workplace at agreed start time.
  • Support events and undertake occasional evenings as required.
  • Undertake such other duties compatible with the post as may be required by the Imeta Training Leadership Team

THE ROLE IS OFFICE BASED AND AT HOME.

Pay:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
