Job Description:


As a Digital Product Owner you're here to expand the potential of our digital business, supporting the delivery of the product vision of a significant section of our digital estate, driving the strategic roadmap and development backlog.

Working as a member of the Digital Product Management Team you will play a key role in the delivery of Digital agenda.

Putting the customer at the heart of all we do and with a focus on value delivery, you will be shaping and delivering the digital product vision, roadmap and subsequent development across our digital channels.


  • Supports the development of Product Roadmaps and Backlogs, using external and internal insights, ideation, customer feedback and prototyping/testing
  • Manages prioritisation and refinement of items in the product backlog, maximising value delivery
  • Communicates Product updates to relevant business stakeholders
  • Monitor key measures and metrics, using multiple analytical tools to understand the performance of your products.
  • Works collaboratively with key colleagues including UX, Optimisation, Delivery and others in support of the successful delivery of your products.
  • Consistently applies Product best practice and acts as an advocate of the Product discipline

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years' experience in product ownership, ideally within an ecommerce environment
  • Indepth knowledge of agile process and principles
  • Experience in API and integrations
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate the product strategy to the team
  • Proactive selfstarter, task focused and organised.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science.
