What we are looking for:
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager, Fund initiatives; your responsibilities will be to support the team in the activities relating to planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of European fund maintenance and distribution activities for our growing European pooled vehicle business and support the teams in strategic initiatives and maintenance efforts in other global regions including but not limited to the U.S. and Canada.
- Analyze information and data to support fund or regulatory initiatives.
- Work with external service providers on ensuring Fund documentation is maintained and current (UCITS KIDs and PRIIPS KIDS),
- Support the distribution team to ensure that dissemination of fund information and documentation is being fulfilled to all relevant platforms.
- Partner with other functional departments such as Legal, Operations, Finance and Compliance to assist with appropriate product maintenance efforts and/or support on other specific projects where required.
- Support the team in the annual completion of the Value for Money and consumer duty assessments for UCITS fund range.
- Help in coordinating DDQ and RFP questions, ensuing clear and accurate information is being presented to potential/current investors and/or to the market.
- Help onboard legal fund documentation into a central depositary and system platform.
- Provide support and assistance in maintaining and updating the distribution team's CRM
- Provide support and assistance to the Marketing team with updating standard marketing documents.
- Help support the legal team with ad hoc projects, process or tasks relating to funds activities.
- Help to analyze business processes and support the team in identify opportunities for improvement across the business functions.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or any related field
- Basic understanding of the asset management business
- Basic knowledge of regulated investment funds
- Working knowledge of Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate on different levels
- Demonstrate good team player skills.
