DKM Sheet Metal is a progressive and forward thinking company who requires an experienced Powder Coater to coat a wide variety of manufactured sheet metal parts.

Night Shift - Full time working shift split across the days of Monday

Thursday. The hours will be 09:30pm08:00am

An element of overtime has been included within the salary package.
Powder Coating - (single coat or multiple coats, candies, metallics, textures, leatherettes and re-coating)

Masking and jigging of parts

Preparation and cleaning of parts for powder coating

Completing all documentation in line with DKM Quality system.

Labouring to another powder coater

Carry out any other duties as requested for by management.

Organising and grouping work to enhance efficiencies.

General housekeeping ensuring all equipment is kept clean, tidy and in a good working order.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic, good attitude, someone who is highly motivated, organised an excellent eye for detail.

Experience within a powder-coating environment.

Ability work to work in a fast pace environment.

Able to work unsupervised

Familiar with operation manual powder coating machines, phosphate pre-treatment washes and box ovens.
