Description
IT Technical Engineer / VMware Focused Engineer required for my client based in Hemel Hempstead for a permanent role.

L&D is available so that you gain exposure to the vRealize suite

Salary £45-55k + 9% pension cont % cash incentive plan + private health

Hybrid working 2 days WFH

Position Summary


Desirable is knowledge and experience of VMware vRealize suite (VRA/VRO/vROPS/LogInsight)

Experience upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.

Experience developing automation scripts for efficient deployment and operations.

Advanced knowledge and experience (3+) of managing Microsoft Windows Server environments.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for the global corporate VMware platform, ensuring operational excellence.

Ensuring all systems are secure by design and compliant with Parker IT standards.

Working on projects in an agile methodology.


Qualifications:

VMware VCP - VMware Certified Professional (required)

VMware VCAP - VMware Certified Advanced Professional (preferred)

Any relevant Microsoft qualifications

ITIL - Foundation (preferred)
