Multi-Platform Web Developer Needed

Job description
We're looking for a reliable Web Developer to support ongoing work across multiple client projects within our studio.This is consistent part-time work, not a one-off contract. We move quickly, value clean execution, and expect clear communication.
You'll primarily be working across:
Webflow
Shopify
Wix
WooCommerce
Responsibilities
Build pages from provided designs (Figma or reference sites)
Update and maintain client websites
Implement UX and performance improvements
Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
Ensure responsive behavior across all devices
Make conversion-focused optimizations where needed
You'll be jumping between platforms depending on the project, so adaptability is critical.
Workflow & Communication
Tasks are assigned and managed inside Trello
Daily/weekly communication happens in Slack
Clear scopes are provided per task
Fast feedback cycles
We expect responsiveness during agreed working hours and proactive updates when tasks are complete or blocked.
Ideal Candidate
You're a strong fit if you:
Are comfortable switching between platforms without confusion
Can implement designs cleanly and accurately
Troubleshoot independently before escalating
Understand basic performance optimization
Communicate clearly and professionally
Respect deadlines without reminders
Bonus if you:
Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Have agency or multi-client experience
Can suggest improvements instead of just executing tasks
We value ownership and initiative.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
