PH Laminators is one of Britain's leading packaging and print finishing specialists, based in Bristol. We offer a comprehensive design, manufacture and assembly service that delivers that all important professional finish.

We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our small team. Experience of internal sales / customer service and/or production planning is required.


Duties:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and processes
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide product information
  • Prepare sales reports using computer software, including Excel
  • Manage office correspondence and communications
  • Ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Administrative experience in an office environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Basic IT knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
20 hours per week.


Monday - Friday 9am - 2:30pm (includes a 30 minute unpaid break each day) - these hours can be slightly flexible.

Hourly rate £13 - £14 dependant on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
