Rentals Property Services Administrator based at Bradleys Head office in Exmouth
We have a unique opportunity for a Property Services Administratorbased at our Head Office in Exmouth.

Within the role you will carry out a range of duties including individual case handling, customer service and administration tasks as well as working within a team to ensure that deadlines are met.


We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who also has a passion for customer service, someone who is well organized, has a good attention to detail and a strong team player to work within the following sections, Property Management, Move In, Vacate and Maintenance.

Working Pattern
Monday

  • Friday 8:45am6pm, working Saturday 9am1pm, 1 in 3 on a rota basis with half a day off when a Saturday is worked

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
