Job Title:
Administrator
Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee financial activities including budgeting, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage procurement processes.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with systems and processes.

Business Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving business efficiency, profitability, and growth.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases essential for business operations. Analyse data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Customer Relations: Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3 years) in a similar role, preferably in a small business environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
