Keele University is seeking a Director of Service Transformation to lead the development and implementation of transformational change across our professional services.
Reporting to the COO the Director of Service Transformation will work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change.
You will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our services are fit for purpose and meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
