Our client based in Leicester is a market leader within the POS/Print industry supplying Point of Sale material for high end retailers.

Due to rapid expansion, they are now on the hunt for a Transport Coordinator to join the team.

Duties

  • Ownership of the clients Transport processes and procedures
  • Liaising with clients to secure booking slots in advance
  • Creation of box and pallet labels
  • Liaising with sales team to ensure delivery notes are raised.
  • Ensuring PODs are received and logged in a timely manner.
  • Complete all paperwork for shipments.
  • Update business on all changes to legislation to ensure we are supporting our clients.
  • Working with approved transport companies to ensure all deliveries are kept on time and within budget.
  • Completing Purchase orders
  • Use of online portals
  • Communicating with the Warehouse to review all goods to be despatched.
  • Supporting planning and Production
Key skills

  • Experience within a similar role
  • A good knowledge of Legislations
  • Brilliant organisational skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced Environment.
  • Customer service skills

  • 8am4:30pm with flexibility depending on orders.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
