Main Responsibilities


Your role will include:

  • Conducting face to face/live video interviews assessing using the agreed competencies which are aligned to our company values and online screening exercises, including accurate scoring and write up of notes.
  • Able to complete sufficient, accurate and appropriate notes, without stopping the flow of the interview, and ensuring that interview scores and screens are completed precisely and are reflective of the conversation that took place.
  • Attend and actively participate in internal meetings, training sessions & company wide activities. Attend recruitment events as and when required.
  • Ensure adherence to The Good Care Groups Equal Opportunity, Data Protection, and Health & Safety Policies at all times
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly and undertake additional duties as directed in line with business needs.

We're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written English
  • Competent in the use of IT software such as word/ excel etc
  • Evidence of working in a recruitment or a high profile service role
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Confident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines for multiple projects
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, changing environment, proactively responding to changing requirements
  • Works well as part of a team but is a self starter and can work independently
  • Ability to follow processes
