Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Your excellent communication skills, multilingual abilities, and strong organizational and administrative skills will be key to your success in this role.

Duties:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiations
• Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction process
• Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and regulations
• Market properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and print advertisements
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license

£34,169.00-£40,401.00 per year
