Working exclusively in partnership with a leading and highly regarded law firm, FPSG are assisting our client to further strengthen their Corporate offering in the UK with the appointment of a Solicitor in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.


Our client has significantly strengthened their highly ranked Legal500 corporate offering over the last 5 years, attracting well respected senior legal practitioners to develop a diverse client base across IT, Telecomms, Infrastructure, Real Estate & Energyto name a few sectors.


This appointment will ensure that you are exposed to interesting & complex corporate client work from the outset, gaining direct exposure to high profile clients from the outset.

Role Responsibilities


As a Solicitor within our clients Corporate offering, your role will be varied to include (but not limited to) advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, diligence reporting, drafting and directly negotiating commercial contracts, client relationshipmanagement.

Person Specification


Ideally, our client is looking to bring on board a Solicitor from 1-4 years PQE however are open to speaking with NQ professionals whom have completed a Corporate seat.

As a successful Corporate Solicitor, you will ideally demonstrate fantastic attention to detail, understanding of client's needs and advise appropriately, have strong drafting and written communication skills and demonstrate a an instinctive level of commercialacumen.
