Temples Resources are an independent Recruitment Agency based in Spalding.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to start a new Desk within the GLAA/Industrial Sectors.

This would suit someone with at least 12 months Recruitment experience looking for a new opportunity with excellent benefits in a forward thinking business.

You will be primarily responsible for lead generation and for developing new business opportunities for the division.

As an independent business, you will not have any geographical or discipline restrictions, with the ability to generate both temporary and permanent placements.

We offer commission from your first day of employment, along with realistic targets

Full driving license
Proven sales experience within a Recruitment Business
Excellent telephone manner with an ability to build relationships at all levels
Professional attitude in all aspects of the job role
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Must be confident, enthusiastic and selfmotivated with the ability to use own initiative and prioritise work
Ability to work under pressure to targets and to deadlines
Computer literate with good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
