The Role:
Youth Arts Outreach Producers

Purpose of the Role:

Lewisham Youth Theatre is seeking an enthusiastic youth theatre professional to develop and facilitate a multi-prong offer of targeted projects and one-to-one support engaging vulnerable young people aged 8-21 in creative programmes.

You will have experience of coordinating and delivering drama projects with vulnerable young people, and be passionate about supporting participants to achieve their potential.

Working alongside the Participation Manager, you will coordinate LYT's recruitment and referral processes, while designing and co-delivering introductory drama projects with a range of age groups and partners.

We particularly encourage applicants with lived experience of the needs of our participants, including those from Global Majority backgrounds.
