Are you a master of building client relationships and solving complex challenges within a digital marketing agency environment? Do you have a passion for client services and experience working with some of the world's biggest brands? Then look no furtherthan this exciting opportunity as a Client Services Director at a leading Bristol-based digital and CRM agency


As the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for heading up the agency's client service team and working with exciting global clients.

In addition to leading the client service team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining theclient relationship. As well as identifying and developing new opportunities within existing clients to maximize account growth.


What else will you do?

  • Managing, tracking and reporting of performance
  • Negotiating beneficial and competitive rate cards and contracts with client procurement teams
  • Promoting the agency and its purpose, vision, values, and strategic objectives
  • Establishing strong relationships across all agency disciplines, including the Client Services, Project Management, Creative & CX, Development, Strategy and Insight, Campaign &and Delivery and Technology teams.
  • Monitoring and managing staff development, reviews and hiring for roles within Client Services and Project Management
  • Mentoring fellow employees

What about you?


You will have at least 10 years' agency experience and a talent for problem-solving, which will enable you to build lasting client relationships and deliver award-winning innovative campaigns.

You will be a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and develop your team.

You will work closely with your client leads and project/discipline teams to ensure that all work is completed on time, delivered to the higheststandard, within budget, and working towards the client's strategy.
