Position Overview
As the Men's Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be a key manager responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of our Menswear wholesale sales initiatives.
Your role will involve overseeing the development and management of relationships with key wholesale accounts, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Menswear sales team, guiding them towards success.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a highperforming team of sales professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.
- Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for key clients.
- Sales Forecasting and Analysis:
- Develop and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide valuable insights to guide product development based on market demands.
