_ The Opportunity_


As our People Operations Partner, you'll be responsible for supporting the People Operations team, People and Culture team, and employees with end-to-end employee life cycle experiences.

This role works closely with employee inquiries, HR/People team program management, compliance, and data administration.

Since we're a global company, This role is global in nature and supports employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC.


Here's an overview of some of the responsibilities:

  • You'll manage the entire employee cycle, from onboarding to current employment to offboarding, across the globe.
  • Manage tier 2 People team ticketing system inquiries, advising and consulting with employees on intermediate to complex inquiries.
  • Support compliance measures through internal and external audits, maintaining data integrity, and required reporting, interpreting and implementing policies, partnering with various stakeholders and requiring mínimal guidance.
  • Streamline and improve data administration, systems, and standard processes for HRIS; constantly looks for new opportunities to create a more seamless and scalable experience.
  • Introduce new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee special programs, such as immigration, contingent workforce, HR systems/tech stack.
  • Manage terminations, employee transactions, and employee data with a high degree of confidentiality and knowledge.
  • Manage HR/People dashboards, complete regular data audits, and report on metrics as required
  • Ensure People team internet pages are up to date and create content as needed
  • Assist with adhoc projects for compliance, process improvement, and crossfunctional support.
  • Partner on administration of various People Ops systems
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with legal, payroll, IT, external counsel (as needed), and other People team members to ensure a seamless, positive employee experience.

_ The Team_
Our People Operation team is led by Emily and includes partners and advisors in the UK and US.

They are a core part of the People & Culture department which is a global team of 30 people, including People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Capability & Culture, IDEB, ESG and Compensation and Reward.


_ What we are looking for_

  • You'll have extensive experience in HR Operations or Generalist experience, preferably with a global company, and directly supporting an EMEA/APAC workforce.
  • You'll have advanced experience with HRIS systems. We currently use BambooHR, Lattice, Jira Service Management, and ADP to name a few.
  • You'll be experienced in supporting security and compliance audits, such as SOC, SOX, ISO, HIPAA, etc.
  • You'll have intermediate knowledge of Human Resource programs, policies and procedures
  • Ideally you'll have a current human resources and/or compensation qualification or certification (CIPD for example)
  • You'll need to be selfmotivated and keen to make a positive impact you'll enjoy finding areas that need improvement and taking the reins.
  • You'll be process and detail oriented, ready to get into the details and make our processes, documentation and wider work look and operate with excellence and compliance.
  • You'll be quick to pick up systems. You are usually the person who people ask for help with techrelated questions, even though you're not an IT expert. You can find your way around systems pretty quickly and like to look for efficiencies.
