Description

Each Head of Nursing will lead on specific care group wide projects, negotiated with their General Manager and Associate Director of Nursing.

These will change over time.

This post-holder will initially work with clinical and division management teams to identify and mitigate risks in the clinical environment to support patient safety.

This role provides a service to the whole division, but particularly Mental Health Services regarding maintaining a safe clinical environment.
