The Role
The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

You'll become part of one of our dedicated housing support teams who supports individuals with various disabilities and additional support needs to live in their own or shared homes.


As a Support Practitioner, you'll assist the individuals with all aspects of daily living including cooking, housework, shopping, medication and finances.

You'll also support with their hobbies and interests too.

Your support will play a huge part in helping them to reach their goals and play an active part in their local community.

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns in our housing support services can include early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, sleepovers, waking nights and public holidays on a rotational basis, so we will need you to be flexible.


If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
