    Senior HR Advisor - 12 Month Maternity Cover

    About the Role:

    EG Group is seeking an interim Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR Operations Team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. As a key member of the team, you will support the HR Operations function by delivering an efficient service to the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize and prioritize workload according to deadlines and changing business needs.
    • Manage a small team and work closely with other department members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to within regulatory frameworks.
    • Provide comprehensive advice and support to HR Advisors as the first point of contact.
    • Lead and manage a small team of HR Advisors and Coordinators, facilitating review and appraisal processes when necessary.
    • Proactively monitor ER cases, ensuring they are prioritized and support is provided to operational leads as soon as possible.
    • Contribute towards meeting SLAs and contribute to a high-performing HR operations team.
    • Coach and develop leaders in managing change, development, capability, and performance-related issues.
    • Align with HRBP activities and objectives and implement new HR operational initiatives.
    • Undertake HR projects, including reviewing and updating HR policies.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 certification.
    • Ability to manage and develop a team.
    • Strong organizational skills for handling fast-paced environments.
    • Passion for HR, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in managing a small team.
    • Proven experience in complex casework management.
    • Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
