Hybrid: 2-3 days in office per week, Durham

£29, 000 - £32, 000

A promising opportunity for a MI Reporting Analyst to join a savings bank and assist in the migration to Tableau.

The Company

An opportunity for a MI Reporting Analyst to join a state-owned savings bank and aid in the migration to Tableau by transforming reports from PDF format and by promoting Tableau to the company as a whole.

This bank is backed by HM Treasury, and offers avariety of savings and investment products.

As a MI Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for producing and running regular reports and dashboards, generating insights on customer profiles and behaviors, and working with internal stakeholders so they become accustomed to reviewing reports independently.

The role and responsibilities

Develop MI reports and business insights to support the Customer Service department
Cultivating and upholding relationships with stakeholders, and communicating insights across the business
Leading, supporting, and upskilling the MI Analysis team

Your skills and experience

Experience with Tableau, SAS Enterprise, and R/Python (essential)
Ability to transform insights into dashboards and reports independently
Ability to communicate results and insights from analyses and explain methodologies, in a way that is accessible by nontechnical personnel
