  • Excellent organisational skill and multitasking abilityBeing a member of Education Team, the main purpose is to ensure the objectives assessments of the performance and teacher competences are met.


In this role you will review assignments that have been graded to ensure that marks have been awarded and tallied correctly.

You will ensure that the Teachers/Trainers have provided feedback that is sufficient, constructive, and consistent.

Moderator role will ensure effective and consistent assessment of all Teacher/Trainer Standards.

The Moderator will plan, conduct and record written work, observations, and support sessions to ensure the objectives of the training are met.

As a trainer you will participate in and deliver training programs. You will determine training objectives and curriculum and create training programs, including outlines, handouts and objectives. The role is responsible for all continued learning of Money A&E business objectives.

The role will deliver a consistent, reliable, excellent, customer focused service. To role model Money A+E values and be an ambassador for the organisation. To undertake partnership working and ensure there is an efficient use of resources.


Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and assessing trainers markings for students and provide feedback to trainers/teachers
  • Check for congruence between the students' answers and responses included in the document, and confirm whether markers have tailed up
  • You will keep track of all changes and engage in continuous discussions with the assessors to improve consistency across assessments
  • Recording all anomalies and amendments
  • Suggesting suitable alterations to the documents
  • Advising teachers/trainers on common marking errors and techniques to avoid these
  • Partaking in continuous dialogues to boost the transparency and credibility of our assessment procedures
  • Facilitates learning solutions, preparing plans and providing a highimpact, interactive environment
  • Develop training programs to address specific business objectives based on Money A&E aspirations
  • Implement training methods that are effective and purposeful.
  • Collaborates with the Education team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components
  • Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations, learner experiences and feedback

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
