My Client currently have an opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative join the Facilities Management team based Upminster.


Role Responsibility
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking grounds maintenance, horticultural and related tasks within the site
  • Grass cutting/shrub pruning/removal of weeds and litter/Digging
  • Preventative maintenance checks of machinery and other duties you may be asked to perform. e.g., winter duties to help with snow and ice clearing
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work
  • The ability to follow instructions
