Job overview:

Main duties, tasks & skills required:

  • advertising new vacancies across internal and external job boards
- facilitating interviews via teams or Face to face
- completing recruitment checks such a right to work and evidence of qualifications
- providing first class customer services to all associated stakeholders within the recruitment journey

In addition, the role offers a starting salary of 21,730 rising to 23,177 along with access to a public sector and 27 days annual leave + BH- rising with service.

Qualifications:


Essential:


  • GCSE Maths & English
  • Demonstration of further education
  • Excellent typing/IT skills

Desirable:


  • Typing / IT Qualification

Experience:


Essential:


  • Minimum of 1 year Customer service experience
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection processes and best practice

Desirable:


  • Awareness of professional registration requirements
  • Understanding of Employment Law specifically relating to recruitment
