Due to one of the team taking an internal opportunity, we are now looking to bring in a Talent Acquisition Partner who loves recruitment, is passionate about working with people and who is motivated by bringing about positive change within the organisation.

What are we looking for?

What will you be doing?


As a TA Partner you will get to know your directorate inside and out offer a consultative service to ensure we bring in the best people.

This role goes beyond being a competent recruiter, you will need to partner with managers and advise them on things such as the market, what 'good' looks like and to manage expectations and own the process from start to finish.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will use your excellent communication and personable skills to make relationships across the directorate and with all new starters.


We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days per week in the office and a generous benefits package.
