The Role
We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for you to join our growing Bid Management team, as a Knowledge Coordinator


Putting your inquisitive and journalistic nature to great use, you will be asking the right questions to the right people across our business, then ensuing the knowledge gathered is documented in such a way, that it makes life easier for our Bid Writers & Bid Managers to easily access.


All evidence and information that you gather, store and keep updated will be used by our Bid Writers, to create exciting and authentic proposals and bids that will support new business wins and accreditations.


This position is the perfect launchpad for someone who is keen to progress their career in the field of Bid Management or Bid Writing.


Here are just some of the activities you'll get involved in:

  • Establish a bank of clarification questions that the bid/estimating and commercial leads may wish to draw upon
  • Support the Bid and Marketing teams in preparing model answers to questions on Our Approach to Health & Safety, Sustainability, Social Value, Diversity & Inclusion, Mobilisation, Project Management, Quality Management, etc.
  • Provide monthly progress reports that highlight exciting updates, challenges, issues etc.
  • Ensure bid qualification information is kept uptodate including Company Accounts, Insurances, Professional Memberships, Accreditations, etc.
  • Support Bid Writers / Bid Managers with information requests during live bid processes. This may include attending bid 'kickoff' meetings
