Description
Responsibilities for this role include.Dealing with clients on the phone, ensuring to record contact details of client's to be contacted in future.
Filing
- maintaining client records updating with new information.
Franking post and bringing to post office.
Photocopying.
Using card machine and performing daily backups.
Input data for HMRC returns.
Support to accounting staff.
Invoices - records new invoices on cards; file unpaid invoices, take paid invoice out of mail merge documents.
Desirable skills and criteria
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
