Due to departmental and operational growth, our client in
Exeter, are now looking to recruit a full time
Product Genius to provide support for the Sales Executives, become a product champion and learn how to offer a 5 star customer experience during the car purchase journey.

What will my responsibilities be?

To develop a detailed understanding of the BMW brand and range of vehicles including an in depth knowledge of BMW technological features
Present our range of vehicles to all enquiring customers
To professionally convey all features and controls of both new and used BMW models at customer handover following a prescribed handover process
To provide outstanding levels of customer service at all times as you look to build long term customer relationships
Achievement of customer satisfaction targets
Participation in awareness campaigns using excellent communication

Who are we looking for?

An excellent communicator with customer service experience who possesses a keen interest in both the automotive industry and vehicle technology
Will have a genuine desire to build a long term career with us and have the confidence to liaise with customers throughout the sales process supporting our BMW Sales Executives
Has a natural enthusiasm, inner confidence and happy disposition
Will enjoy participating in wide ranging promotional activities

This position may qualify for entry to our 12-14 month, level 2 or 3, Apprenticeship Standards Programme.
